There are many decisions to consider when registering your exhibition team for AFP 2018. Read more about the registration options available and how to get your team started, or if you are already exhibiting, access the online exhibitor portal.
Exhibitor Conference Registrations
Exhibitors receive two complimentary exhibitor conference registrations for each 100 square feet of booth space. These passes grant full access to the entire conference, including educational sessions and general sessions. The table below shows the number of complimentary registrations that come with our most common booth sizes.

Purchasing Additional Passes
Exhibitors and sponsors can purchase additional exhibitor conference registrations for $1,275 each in our online exhibitor portal through September 28, 2018. After that date, these passes will cost $1,799. This represents a steep discount over the standard conference pricing. The exhibitor portal allows you to purchase the registrations with a credit card, assign your staff to those registrations, and make substitutions. Please note that AFP does not provide refunds on exhibitor conference registrations
Exhibitor Floor Passes
AFP offers exhibitor floor passes to accommodate your needs for additional staff to work in your booth. This registration includes access to the exhibit hall, the Sunday Night Welcome Reception, breakfasts and lunches. It does not include access to the general sessions or the educational sessions, and it does not come with a conference registration bag. You may purchase up to 4 exhibit staff registrations per 100 square feet of booth space reserved. Exhibitor floor passes cost $1,075 each. They can be purchased and managed through our online exhibitor portal. Please note that AFP does not provide refunds on exhibitor floor passes.
How to Purchase
Your booth's designated contact can purchase and manage your booth's registrations through AFP's online exhibitor portal. Payment can be made through the portal via credit card, and payment in full is required at the time of purchase for any type of registration. No refunds are issued for unused registrations.
