FAQs for AFP 2020
Q: What is included in my registration fee?
A: A full conference registration includes:
- Access to all sessions.
- Access to all roundtables, if eligible.
- Access to recorded sessions for up to four months.
- AFP Membership (when you pay the non-member rate)
Q: How do I login to the virtual event?
A: Once registered, you will receive a unique login for the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience platform. This login can only be used by the registrant and can not be shared. AFP will be monitoring access during the event and those found sharing a login will be removed from the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience and will not receive a refund as this breaks our policy.
Q: What is the conference cancellation policy?
A: AFP accepts only written cancellations to CustomerService@AFPonline.org. Cancellations for registrations postmarked on or before October 14, 2020, will receive a refund of the registration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations postmarked after October 14, 2020. Membership is not refundable. There is no processing fee charge for AFP 2020.
Q: What is the conference substitution policy?
A: If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute another person from your company. All requests for substitutions must be made in writing with a completed registration form by October 14, 2020. There is no processing fee charge for AFP 2020.
Q: Who do I contact if I have questions regarding registration?
A: You can contact CustomerService@AFPonline.org or call 301.907.2862 and ask for AFP Customer Service from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
Q: What should I do if I have an ADA request?
A: If you have a disability and require special assistance, please update your event profile online to specify your needs at least two weeks before the event so that we may accommodate your needs. An AFP staff member will contact you with more information regarding your request.
Q: How do I report my CTP/CCM/FP&A credits earned at the AFP 2020?
