Digitizing RFPs
Digitization is happening everywhere within the financial services marketplace, and corporate treasury is no exception. However, one area in the treasury space is, however, still very manual and costly and is that is of the issuance, analysis, and scoring of a Request for Proposals (RFPs). This is certainly true for both Cash Management as well as Treasury Management System (TMS) RFPs. This session will provide an overview of the pain points of the RFP process, provide real life examples as well as provide some insight into how FinTtech organizations, are attempting to solve these problems by digitizing the RFP process. What other big problems are corporates facing in the U.S.? Are banks and treasury system providers willing and able to adapt to a new way of issuing and scoring RFPs as ultimately the end-users i.e. corporates and treasury consultants, need to make informed and correct decisions when evaluating such proposals?

I Want an In-House Bank: What to Consider

This session helps treasurers assess whether an in-house bank is suitable for their organization and how to obtain internal support. Treasury leads the effort to harmoniously bring together the various components of an in-house bank, such as systems, taxes, documentation and intercompany agreements.
