CTP, CCM, FP&A and CPE Recertification

While AFP 2019 is home to over 100+ educational sessions on a variety of topics, learning new ideas is just one great benefit you will receive. AFP 2019 will also help maintain your professional credential so that you can continue to show your expertise in the treasury or finance profession. Read the important information below regarding how to earn credits at AFP 2019 to help maintain your professional credential.

CTP/CCM and FP&A Recertification Credits


AFP 2019 is approved for up to 32.1 CTP/CCM and FP&A continuing education credits. Credit is earned at the rate of one credit per 50 minutes of educational session time, including questions and answers.

To earn the maximum number of credits, AFP Certificants must attend:

Full-day, Pre-Conference Workshop

Full-day, Pre-Conference Workshop

3 Concurrent Educational sessions/roundtables or Innovation Series sessions (2 Innovation Series sessions = 1 concurrent educational session) 
Learning Lounge sessions 1 or 2 and 3 or 4    
Industry Roundtable (Corporate Practitioners only) or luncheon with eligible speaker
MindShift Keynote 

3 Concurrent Educational sessions/roundtables
Learning Lounge session 7 or 8
Certification Luncheon (AFP Certificants only) or Executive Institute luncheon (Sr. Level Corporate Practitioners only)
Closing Keynote

Reporting CTP/CCM AND FP&A Recertification Credits

Sessions for which you complete and submit an evaluation via the conference mobile app will be automatically uploaded to your Online Recertification Credit Tracking record by December 31, 2019. To ensure the timeliness and accuracy of this data, you will need to be logged into the conference mobile app with your AFP credentials.

If you participate in any of these sessions but do not complete and submit an evaluation form, your attendance will not be automatically recorded and you will need to manually enter that information into your Online Recertification record at www.AFPonline.org/recert.

CPA Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Credits

AFP 2019 is also approved for up to 32.0 CPE credits.  Please check back for updates on how to request CPE attendance confirmation.
