The 2024 AFP Conference will take place at the Music City Center, 201 Rep. John Lewis Way S, Nashville, TN 37203. All time is noted in local time.

The exhibit hall and attendee meals (Mon-Tue) will take place in halls A-D of Music City Center.

Thursday, October 17: *1:00 PM – 5:00 PM 
Friday, October 18: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, October 19: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday, October 20: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Sunday, October 20: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM 
Monday, October 21: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
Tuesday, October 22: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Exhibitors shall not host events during official conference hours that are outside of the convention center licensed by AFP and hotels contracted by AFP in connection with the conference, including hospitality suites and function space.
