Exhibitor Registration Rates
Exhibitor Full Conference registrants are granted access to the exhibit hall, educational sessions, keynote sessions and the AFP 2024 Kick-Off Party. Please note some sessions have attendance restrictions.
- Standard: By September 13 - $1,599
- On-site: After September 13 - $1,799
Exhibit Hall Only registrants are granted access to the exhibit hall and AFP 2024 Kick-Off Party.
- Standard: By September 13 - $1,200
- On-site: After September 13 - $1,400
Note: AFP does not issue refunds on any purchased exhibitor registration passes. Substitutions of registrants are permitted.
Talent Vendor Access Requests
To request talent vendor access for your booth, please fill out the Talent Vendor Access Request Form below. You will need to fill out all fields.Booth Talent Vendor Access Request Form
AFP will inform you via email that your request has been approved or denied. The maximum number of talent wristbands per booth is three (3). The deadline for submitting the Talent Vendor Access Request Form is Friday, October 11, 2024. You will not be able to register Talent Vendors on-site.
Talent vendors must check-in at the Exhibitor Registration Assistance Counter located on Level 3.
Please note:
- Talent Vendor Wristbands only allow entrance to the exhibit floor.
- Vendors will not have access to AFP Official Events or Educational Sessions.
- One wristband per talent vendor will be provided and must be worn for the duration of the conference.
- AFP will not provide daily wristbands.
- Lost wristbands will not be replaced.
