Planning ahead for Rigging & Lighting Services Diagrams and booth layouts are essential for planning rigging and lighting services. In order to ensure efficient delivery of required services, Exhibitors must submit rigging plots, drawings, blueprints, or engineers’ certification with their orders.

Diagrams must include the location, dimensions and weight, and the height from the floor to the top of the suspended item. Diagrams must also show booth outline with aisles or neighboring booths marked for reference and orientation.
