High-Potential Programming

Eligibility

Individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Have a non-executive title, equal to that of Manager, Director or Senior Director.
• Have worked at the current organization for at least 3 years.

Selection Criteria and Notification

• HIPO individuals must be nominated by a supervisor by August 30.
• All nominations will be reviewed by an AFP committee and selections will be based on the information provided
• Selected individuals and nominators will be notified by September 16.
• Nominators of those not selected will be notified by September 16.
