What are the dates for the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience?

The online event will be held October 19-29, 2020.

What is the cost to participate in the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience?

The AFP 2020 Virtual Experience has booth packages beginning at $5,000. Please contact AFP Access Sales for additional information on exhibitor packages.

If we transfer our booth to AFP 2021, when will we select our booth location?

We will hold space selection following the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience. This should take place in/around November 2020. We will reach out to you with further details.

Where is AFP 2021 being held?

AFP 2021 will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC on November 7-10, 2021.

When will exhibitors receive the attendee registration list for the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience?

The attendee registration list will be distributed approximately three weeks prior to the event to exhibitors registered for the virtual experience. The list will include names, company, title, physical addresse. No email addresses or phone numbers will be included and the list will be limited to a one-time use.

How many people are you expecting for the AFP 2020 Virtual Experience?

Transitioning the live event to online is a first for us, therefore it is difficult to predict the number of participants.
